Before You Begin
Please ensure you have the following documents ready to upload in PDF or Word format. The application must be completed in one session; your progress will not be saved.
Requirements:
Proof of Residency/School: A document showing you attend a Northeast El Paso high school or reside in the 79924, 79934, or 79904 area.
Current Transcript: An unofficial copy of your most recent high school or college grades.
Typed Essay: Your 300–500 word response to the 2026 Leadership prompt.
Professional Photo: A headshot to be used for NEBA social media and award announcements if selected.
